What is your return policy? TOP
If a customer is not satisfied with a purchase, they must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item and let us know. Contacting us any later than 3 days constitutes acceptance of the product.
We offer exchanges or refund on all unburned merchandise provided the merchandise is returned to us. All products MUST be returned to us to receive exchange or refund. Buyer MUST contact us by email or phone prior to sending product back for refund or exchange.
We will not be responsible for shipping costs and refunds are not available on shipping fees. Buyer responsible for shipping fees on new products if an exchange is desired.
Why are my candles sweating? TOP
Soy candles will sweat in the summer months if they are exposed to heat and humidity. Don't get shocked when you see it. It is NOT the fragrance coming to the top, and it is NOT something that is wrong with the candle. It is simply the wax. Even plain soy wax with no fragrance will sweat when it gets warm. Thus, if you see this, it's nothing to be alarmed about. Just rest assured that the candle you purchased is indeed made from soy wax!
Do scented candles soot more than unscented candles? TOP
As with any candle, the primary factors that cause sooting are flame instability and a wick that is too long, not fragrance, color or wax type. Make sure to trim candle wicks to 1/4" before lighting EVERY time.
Why is there soot on the jar? TOP
Soot can be caused from a wick that is too long or a candle that is in a drafty location. Should you see soot coming from your candle, put it out and let the candle cool. When cooled, trim the wick to 1/4 inch and make sure there is not a draft before relighting your candle. Naturally, with any candle when blowing a candle out, a candle will smoke. To avoid this, you can dip the end of the wick into the wax to put the candle out and avoid any smoke from blowing out a candle. Just remember to remove the tip of the wick before wax cools so that you can relight the wick after trimming it to 1/4 an inch.
What if I am using a warmer instead of burning my candles? TOP
Since most warmers heat candles from the bottom up, it is best to purchase one of our wickless candles. Wickless candles are shorter and wider and thus will work on the commercial warmers purchased at places such as Target and Wal-Mart.
Is tax included in the order? TOP
Taxes are not included in the listed price. Taxes are added to Texas orders once the order is completed. Texas residents must pay 8.25% sales tax on total purchase.
Can you deliver or offer pick up in general vicinity? TOP
YES we can and yes we do offer pick up to help save on shipping costs. We do limit our delivery area to a 30 mile radius. Thus, our major delivery area is the Brazosport area as well as West Columbia, Angleton, Alvin, Rosharon and Brazoria. Please select pick-up as your shipping option upon check-out.
How long will it take for my shipment to arrive? TOP
Shipments usually arrive within 7-10 business days after the order is made depending on the route of shipping used and the quantity of product ordered as well as unforseen conditions such as weather, etc. Please allow a full 10 business days before contacting us regarding a shipped order. Please note due to the hot weather in Texas, unless your order is guaranteed to arrive to you within one business day, we will ship Monday thru Wednesdays only so that your order is not sitting in a hot warehouse for several days.
How is my product shipped? TOP
Products are shipped using either the US postal service or UPS. Larger purchases will ship UPS. All purchases ship the most economical way. A small handling fee will be added to all orders to help cover shipping supplies. It is adviseable to purchase insurance as insurance is NOT automatically included in the shipping price. We will NOT be liable if an item ships without insurance. Should an item arrive damaged and insurance was purchased, please contact the carrier for compensation. NOTE: Under most circumstances we will ship only Mondays thru Wednesdays so that your order is not sitting in a hot warehouse over the weekend.
Do you ship internationally? TOP
Yes, we ship internationally, but please note shipping rates will be higher for international shipping. Our cart is configured to handle internationally shipping to most countries. Should you have any questions, please contact us. Thanks.
Do you offer gift shipping? TOP
YES!! We can ship your purchase directly to your gift receipient from our store. We are secret buddy friendly. Simply state your request in the special request section of the checkout. If you like we can include a note for you. There is no charge for the note card. If gift wrapping is wanted, it will be an extra charge of 3 dollars per package.
Can you make a product in a scent not listed? TOP
If you want a product made in a scent that we do not have in inventory or do not have listed on our available fragrance sheet, then please notify us and we will try our best to get it for you.
Do you offer bulk orders for special occassions? TOP
Yes! We do bulk orders for special occassions provided we are given at least a 3 week notice. This notice is necessary in order for us to provide you with the freshest product possible.
